We're pleased to introduce Irvin Chao, our newest Assistant Engineer! Irvin is a recent UC Davis graduate who comes to DE with experience managing olive orchards, collecting soil data to create irrigation and fertilization plans, and utilizing various weather stations.

DE focuses on understanding how water is used & how to ultimately use it more effectively. We have helped our clients across the state develop specific Agricultural Water Management Plan and Water Management Plans and are in the early stages of planning for the 2025 updates!
