What the Delta CEO gets wrong is that he doesn't choose the product for his customer based on his bias. You pick a product that will best serve the customer. SpaceX's Starlink in-flight Wi-Fi provides high-speed, low-latency satellite internet... It's the best product out there. To ignore this means he is a horrible CEO.
