Journal your trade with time, day of the week, news, what you see, also write out your strategy before you trade. Use paper trading, if you can afford back testing do that, and change pair. Sometimes pair matters

@KomeTrades Excalty my strategy, only trade 9:30 if 8:30 did a sweep or stop hunt . Trade opposite direction........ And if the 8:30 filled a htf fvg find a setup after 9:30 and strictly money management because it would be likely same direction
