@eircare Im after tweeting and sending dms etc. still not being helped out. first time i contacted was friday, tried calling, automated service doesnt recognise my number. I topped up just over a week ago, and im getting texts telling me to top up again, my offer is monthly
@eircare Hi there, topped up by 20 last week to renew my offer of unlimited data and calls. received texts today saying my offer is up and i need to top up. Data and calls are now gone and as I said it's only been a week.
