@missdanielleg_ i’ve seen people let in at other offices though! or enquiry forms then get called back later. i had to ask a manager after waiting 5+ hours for mine to be printed

@missdanielleg_ you could try ur local, however glasgow was a shambles! just a big crowd outside and you had to literally beg security to let you in. the people at the desk aren’t a use either.
