Hey @HDFCBank_Cares , Is it okay for your recovery agent to disclose my loan outstanding to my neighbours? Is it okay for him to intimidate my relatives in case a payment gets delayed? Is it okay to come to anybody’s house without any communication either via SMS, E-Mail, etc?

@HDFCBank_Cares I have just given my concern details to the mentioned link. It’s quite strange. I have seen that reply today. In my last tweet, I was given a telegram user ID @anilkumarsupport to contact to in order to provide my concern details. I did not get any support there.

@WazirXCares & @WazirXIndia I am doing fine. But not the customer support team i guess…!!! I replied to DM sent to me. But it seems that my replies went to some dead place. No response after my replies…!!!

@WazirXIndia @WazirXCares Your support system is just a name sake. No real person resolving customer complaints. As told by that automated support chat system(Surely Garbage as it seems), I have filled countless Google Forms to get my trading unlocked. It is still locked.

Hey @WazirXCares !!! I am really annoyed by the unresponsiveness of your support program or system. My trading is still locked despite multiple google forms filed by me after successfully attaching my Adhaar & PAN. Still the trading is locked. No body responds to my queries.

Watching price reverse before taking profits is annoying, I have the problem, everyone has it

But taking profit on each little move is problematic too, you miss bigger gains and think you should’ve held

There’s no perfect solution, only a good balance of both and LUCK
