The game's probably amazing for the, very graciously, high 5 digit figure of players.

Normal hit cL is +8, cH is 9f startup... how did that second string combo? Wilnas is standing for the hit so you don't get the frame from that.

A character's kit needs to exist on its own, you can't sell them and then lock parts of them behind another character.
Efficiency can be tuned (i.e. some supports synergize better)

@BuildXueyi I disagree on the concept of it circling back to compu gacha at that point but it looks like we disagree on that concept in terms of this mechanic.

@BuildXueyi She has an effect that's enhanced for the chrysos heir, nothing is solidly locked to them.
That 40% additional damage isn't much but it lets her dodge compu gacha claims.
If her ult could only be used on CH this would be a more fair equivalent.
