#BREAKING: Prime Minister Hun Manet said that Thailand had reversed their position from agreeing to the ceasefire at 12:00 AM on July 24 to not agreeing and waiting for a later date.

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is well aware of this situation.

"I made it clear to His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim that Cambodia agreed with his proposal for a ceasefire because Cambodia did not initiate this fighting," Hun Manet said in a Facebook post on July 25.

Key to resolving the current armed conflict is the genuine willingness of the Thai side to accept a ceasefire, which is the first step toward finding further solutions between the two countries, he added.

Cambodia's Culture Minister Phoeurng Sackona on July 25 briefed representatives from China, India, and the UNESCO office in Phnom Penh regarding severe damage inflicted on the Preah Vihear temple, following an attack by Thai armed forces on July 24.

Reports and images indicate significant damage to the sacred temple stones, caused by Thai heavy artillery and bombs from fighter jets.

Defense Ministry Spokesperson Maly Socheata said that Thailand used F-16 fighter jets to bomb Cambodian territory four times on July 25.

Of these, three strikes targeted the Preah Vihear Temple area and Wat Keo Sikha Kiriswara, while another attack was carried out in the Ta Krabei Temple.
