@BigRedsPride Brian Knott is one of my favorite people in the A.D. world.
He is a positive leader, competitor & classy role model!
Tonight, he stepped onto the sidelines again…*for girls soccer* as they had a coach out ill.
MV, the WIC & SWI are all lucky to have him!
The person who talks the most is the most likely to become the leader.
Data: regardless of intelligence and expertise, groups elevate those who command the most airtime.
It's time to stop rewarding people for dominating the discussion, and start valuing quality over quantity.
Coach Paul Rhoads to be a defensive coordinator for a high school program.. in paradise. Ride the waves into retirement! What a win for everyone. Good things happen to good people!
How we handle mistakes is a window on our character.
Narcissism is being fast to slam others' errors but slow to admit yours.
Humility is being fast to learn from your errors and slow to judge others.
Wisdom is being fast to learn from others' errors to slow the rate of yours.
"I̶ ̶a̶m̶ ̶a̶n̶x̶i̶o̶u̶s̶."
You are not your emotion. You are you, and the emotion is a data source.
Instead, try: "I am feeling anxious."
This creates critical space between you and the emotion. Your emotion is a cloud. You, are the sky.

Growth demands a temporary surrender of security. It may mean a giving up of familiar but limiting patterns, safe but unrewarding work, beliefs no longer believed in, and files that cannot take me to the next level of living. Growth means change.
Resting is not a waste of time. It's an investment in well-being.
Relaxing is not a sign of laziness. It's a source of energy.
Breaks are not a distraction. They're a chance to refocus attention.
Play is not a frivolous activity. It's a path to connection and creativity.
Weak leaders blame the messenger. They see problems as threats to their ego.
Strong leaders thank the messenger. They see problems as threats to their mission.
Great leaders promote the messenger. They see recognizing and raising problems as acts of vision and courage.
@TimMiller17m@HCSDActivities Thanks for the love, Tim & Co.
Like most things, it was a team effort. Grounds crew, both coaching staffs & administrators, players, ticket takers, concession stands, announcers, score board keeper, etc.
Thankful everyone worked together to give the teams the best opportunity!
Real proud of @GG_Harris & what he has accomplished with the Vikings! Tons of young talent returning on that team. He has done an outstanding job developing them & the program!👏
Fun to see so many Cyclones & Vikings on the list! The future is BRIGHT for both!😎 @OsbornMitch

If it’s easy, you’re not growing.
It’s like lifting weights: if you can do it without trying, you’re not going to get any stronger.
The whole point is to push yourself, and to grow as a result of pushing against and through that resistance.

A little more like mercy,
a little more like grace.
A little more like kindness, goodness, love, and faith.
A little more like patience,
a little more like peace.
A little more like Jesus, a little less like me.
I’ve been waiting to share this one for a while, and today’s the day! Here is the video for my new single “Less Like Me”. Click below to check it out! https://t.co/MmkpILDmEa
