@RenCouncil Question? I’ve just tidied (weeded etc) the communal area outside resulting in half a brown bin of garden waste. Do I now have to pay to get this disposed of? (Given that it’s council grounds)

@RenCouncil But it’s the councils waste technically as it’s from the grass embankment on the street that never gets cut, weeded or maintained other than some weed killer. If the council do their job then there is no waste in the brown bin.
