You keep asking God to send you good people…
Maybe God is asking you to BE ONE.
Be the one who texts first.
Be the one who shows up.
Be the one who adds value.
Be the one who forgives.
Be the one who stays.
We spend so much time searching for “our people” that we forget:
Someone else is searching for a person like you.
Don’t just find your people.
BE SOMEBODY’S PERSON.
“Love one another. As I have loved you…”
John 13:34

If there were no different colors or race what then would there be to divide us? Money, States, Stature or Education? Just Curious because I really want us to truly Love thy Neighbor! #CoachPrime
If a kid has to call a coach for a ride to practice because the adults in his life won't take him, we've already identified the biggest obstacle to that kid's success—and it isn't the kid.

Humility changes when you realize this…
EVERYTHING you have is by God's grace.
The strength.
The opportunities.
The wisdom.
The platform.
The favor.
The breath in your lungs.
The movement of your brain & body.
The heart beating in your doggone chest!
None of it was earned without God allowing it.
That perspective will humble you QUICKLY.
When you truly understand grace, pride starts to lose its grip. You dare not look down on people, because you remember just how much mercy YOU needed & still do so.
So,
Stay grateful to the Lord.
Stay grounded in His word.
Stay humble as you advance.
Because every blessing you recall, have now & will receive, is ALL grace. And grace is defined as unmerited favor. It is God freely giving us His love, forgiveness, and blessings—even though folk have done NOTHING to earn or deserve them.
“All generous giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or the slightest hint of change.”
-James 1:17

A lot of us THINK we see clearly, far too often.
We trust our own understanding. Our own perspective. Our own way of doing things.
Me, myself & I!!
But sometimes… what we think is clarity is actually BLINDNESS.
Saul thought he was right… until one encounter with God changed EVERYTHING.
And in that moment, he had to lose his sight… before he could truly SEE.
That’s what surrender does.
It’s not a weakness… It’s TRUST. It's actually WISDOM!
It’s letting go of what YOU think you know… so God can show you what’s TRUE.
So the questions are… are you willing to surrender & submit your understanding daily? What might God have to take away for you to stop trusting that & start trusting Him!?
Because you won't truly see… until you do.
"For we walk by faith, not by sight."
2 Corinthians 5:7

It was a great morning of worship at Grace Family Church. The Praise Team lifted the name of Jesus and Pastor Mike used the story of the Prodigal Son to speak to our men-and to all of us-about how to get back on track and live up to our responsibilities.
We must recognize what we’re doing wrong, own it, and turn things around by making a conscious decision to come back to God and follow His rules.
When the son did that the father welcomed him back with open arms and Pastor Mike’s point was that God will do that with us if we turn back to Him.
It was a convicting message but an encouraging one as well. No matter what problems we face it’s not too late. We can find joy, purpose, and fulfillment if we come to Jesus.
Luke 15:32
If you read this, I pray that this gives you hope. Your sin may be great, but God’s grace is greater. Turn away from sin and put your trust in Jesus 🙏🏽
“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
Ephesians 2:8-10
Never forget, this world is filled with heroes.
Villains may dominate the headlines, but they do not define us.
There are far more people choosing kindness, showing courage, offering grace, and doing quiet good every single day.
Don’t let the noise make you forget that.
Don’t let it make you cynical.
And most of all, be one of the people who reminds others of the decency in this world -
Through your actions.
Through your words.
Through how you show up for others in need.
Demons believe in God too. There's a difference.
