MORRIS ILLINOIS—Alivia Schwab, 40, was shot three times and killed by Officer Pampinella after she charged towards him with a knife.

Schwab was on the phone with a mental health counselor at the time of the incident.

Officer Pampinella instructed his partner, Officer Casie Price, to tase Schwab.

Officer Price never removed her taser from it’s holster as Schwab walked right past her.

Both officers have not been charged and the incident has been deemed justifiable by the State’s Attorney’s Office.

Schwab’s teenage children have filed a federal lawsuit against the Morris Police department.
