Clinton High School senior defensive lineman Davon Merchant earned MHSAA Class 7A All-State honors over the weekend. Merchant was named to the Class 7A’s first team defensive unit. The standout defensive end tallied 38 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, six sacks, & a fumble recovery.
