This is a baby boy my baby boy nearly 6 mnths old he has never been home he has lived in the freemans hospital Newcastle all his life we are awaiting for the amazing gift of a new heart he shouldn't be here they all said he is a merical his heart is so bad

He’s at the Freeman in Newcastle with my partner and I’m at home in Peterborough with our two girls. So glad she’s doing so well
