Here’s the thing: I don’t object to moving on from DC and rebuilding. But doing it w/out plan? That’s three wasted seasons, and another next year while a rookie gets ready.
@oakland627 @3PR88 @wakeraider I see Carr’s limitations, but this isn’t the same- it’s worse. If getting rid of Carr was the plan, DA deal is a mistake. Lured him here under false pretenses, gave up big draft capital and undercut the rebuild that they were/weren’t doing. No real plan, three wasted seasons.
@oakland627 @3PR88 @wakeraider I disagree. NO and LV have the same record, but the QB play in NO has been much better. In hindsight it’s clear that if LV wanted to keep DA here and happy, and to maximize his and Maxx’s prime years, pushing Carr out was a mistake. Upgrading on him was/is harder than advertised.
