When I sold and had this truck delivered in December, I was happy. Partly coz I had ended the year on a high and partly coz of the commission that I anticipated. As a freelance sales person, I don't have a retainer or stipend. So when you deliver a truck sold on full price, that's when you have the opportunity.

I was attached to an agency called Mac & Too Agency who are one of the suppliers to @CFAOMobilityKE. The issue I have is with Mac & Too and not CFAO so please don't misquote that.

The person that has been handling this @ Mac & Too is called Mary Anne Chebet. She initially told me in January that Mac & Too had issues with KRA that needed resolving. Fast forward to April, that is when they resolved the issues. The claim for commission was initiated and monies paid to Mac & Too accounts on May 6th and payment was to reflect on 20th May given the 10 Working days that Payables @CFAOMobilityKE had mentioned. Since then, getting an update from Mac & Too has been a task. From blueticks to unanswered calls. As a freelance sales agent, my only main stay is commission and when delays like this especially when someone decides not to update or be proactive to ensure it is resolved and bills pilling, I have no other alternative but to bring this here. All I want is my money. Not interested in explanations whatsoever.

Car hired and deposit paid. On arrival balance paid in full at 8:30 pm. At 8:30 am when the car was needed the tracker was switched off for the next 7 and a half hours. I called you. You told me to take the car to a mechanic that mechanical failure is normal. I was reluctant and unable to do so. I told you to provide your own mechanic. You informed me that the mechanic was on the way for the next 6 hours. No mechanic ever showed up. Eventually at 4:37 pm, the tracker switch wa turned back on. Does this sound like structure to you? Does this sound like an amicable solution? Was this car hired at 16k plus per day a real life situation? It was a wedding for fuck sake and your service failed the entire event. Vehicle was meant to carry groom and bride. I ended up hiring a v8 at an extra cost cause you failed in your mandate 100%. On top of that, you request the car to be taken to Nation centre at my cost earlier than when I received the car. That sound about right to you? Guys. Case closed. Hire from her at your own risk.

I will not send you guys DMs; I will make it public. My family has been planning this vacation for over 9 months. We paid for our suite on the cruise for a family of 5, totaling upwards of $7,000. We are supposed to arrive at the harbor by 2 p.m., with the ship sailing at 4.

We booked a super-early flight that cost a little over $1,400, and I paid $240 for extra luggage.

For this vacation, my wife and I cleared our calendars, with a running cost of at least $30,000 for the whole week.

Last night we tried to check in but realized the flight was overbooked, and even after checking in, we weren’t assigned seat numbers.

I also paid $80 for remote parking at DFW for 6 days, just for convenience.

We told my wife we had to get to the airport. Our flight was at 6:30 a.m., so we left home at 3:30 a.m. and arrived before 5 a.m.

The first attendant told us there weren’t enough flight attendants, so the flight was cancelled. We spoke to another one, who said it was a weather issue in Miami.

What I know is that the flight went to Miami, but because it was overbooked, they randomly cancelled some passengers.

What upsets me most is that my wife warned me about this airline. Also, my son is supposed to turn 9 on Wednesday, all of that is gone.

Royal Caribbean did not refund our money. My children’s spring break and my son’s birthday have been ruined just because we booked with Spirit Airlines.
