Saddened tonight after my experience @British_Airways what has happened to you. Offloaded from a flight that was overbooked. Zero care or service. I worked for you for ten years and would never have treated customers like we have been treated today.
@O2 I have emailed you 5 times and spent nearly 6 hours on the phone. No help or no response. You incorrectly set up a mobile account in my teenage daughter’s name and are now harassing her for money. Totally unacceptable.
