@sainsburys my weekly online delivery fulfilled by your Longbridge Birmingham store was cancelled 90 minutes before it was due to arrive this morning. Was this weather related?

@sainsburys I’m appalled by your failure to provide a response. I pay the annual fee for a delivery pass and in the run up to Christmas your website and app fall over, which itself is pretty unforgivable and you don’t even reply when I query it.

@sainsburys I am trying to amend an order for delivery tomorrow morning. I’ve been logged out of the app and having logged back in none of my Xmas deliveries are showing and I can’t access, let alone amend tomorrow’s delivery. What’s going on?

@nectar I’ve been in DM contact with a team member on this but all has gone quiet and I still can’t redeem points to pay for @sainsburys order on their app. Are you still working on it?
