@HM_Passport How long should I allow for the status to update once you’ve received the old passport?
old passport hadn’t expired but wouldn’t have enough time left when travelling. I’ve left plenty of time to renew but concerned that the status hasn’t updated.

@HM_Passport I can see that my old passport has been delivered to you as it’s signed for but the online status still says awaiting documentation. How long should I leave this before chasing? i can see it says there will be a delay to update but it doesn’t say how long. Thanks

@c2c_Rail Thanks, the timetable doesn’t state what time the disruption is expected to - usually it has an end time. Journey planner allows planning for the following week but nothing for that week. I called customer services & was told there are no trains at all that day. seems odd which?
