It was a fun ride and I’d love to be apart of the Bungie team bringing back what we loved the most. Being in a team like Sunrise & @DawnDevTeam give me a one-way experience to experience this and I cannot wait to see just what the future holds and if we all start working at bungee, that’s always been one of my biggest goals, ever since Halo ever released and when Halo three touched my heart, and made me all the friends that I know today and hang out with? That is something that I will always hold to my heart, to be able to have that opportunity and experience it and meet all these beautiful people on the team it is so revitalizing, and a privilege to experience that and I’m so glad everyone was able to experience all the heart, the soul, the blood, and sweat and tears that we put into this just to show our love for the game. We love you all, and I cannot wait to see what happens in the near future. Keep it up guardians, we did it! We brought destiny home. - Vuln

I like to think Dawn had an impact on this decision.

We probably can't continue from this point, as we'd be directly competing with an official Bungie product.

We're discussing internally what next steps are, but ultimately this is what we wanted. Destiny Classic. Here it is.

Dawn started as a passion project to bring back everything, and it turned into something apecial we could share with everyone. While things will be slowing down/stopping due to legal concerns, I personally can't thank the community enough for the support. Much love to everyone 💙

In all reality, I'm so happy for this happening. I grew up with destiny, started playing it when i was 8 on my old xbox 360. I am beyond happy for what has happened. Thank you all for everyone at the bungie team, for shaping my childhood, and excited to see what goes on in the future. I keep my eyes to the stars.
