@phil_dawson_4 @DawsonProBowl should be a #Browns until retirement. Then Bronze statue in front of stadium. Great player & great guy! 50+

It's Friday, December 28th and Phil Dawson is still a Pro Bowler! Last game of the season this Sunday, let's see if we can win it

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

According to Cleveland Plain Dealer, Phil didnt want to know in advance if he made it or not. Explains the speculation that he DIDNT get in

Once the Super Bowl ends, the campaign to re-sign Phil Dawson begins. Will include his franchise and NFL rankings and best kicks

Let's enjoy this one for a while, and for all the deserving Browns who were voted as starters or alternates!

Thanks to all who voted, retweeted and spread the word, @Reggie_Hodges for your campaign, coaches/players. And thank you, @phil_dawson_4

Thanks to players and coaches for voting the best kicker in the NFL into postseason all star game!

[Dan Murphy @DMurph_BrownsPR]

Joe Thomas & Phil Dawson were selected to the Pro Bowl.Josh Cribbs (KR & ST), D’Qwell Jackson (ILB) & Alex Mack (C) were each 1st alternates

Never give up hope Browns fans, we did a great thing for an honorable professional and Browns future Ring of Honor member!

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

After not seeing Phils name in the JT release, I assumed as did much of Twitter, it was bad news. I guess his agent didnt leak news til now

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

I apologize to everyone for my false information! We did it!!! Also apologize to players and fans who are not idiots! Phil Dawson Pro Bowl

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

All we can do now is petition Mr. Haslam to re-sign PD and vote him #1 in 2013

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

Not fans fault. Our voting should have made Phil at least a first alternate. Coaches and players are idiots. CLE bias.

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

@B_Thornton66 I shouldn't bash Janikowski, whos very good, but he's become a bit of a freak show, trotting out from 60+ yds. Not as accurate

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

Assuming it's between Phil and Janikowski only, the only way for Phil to make it as an alternate is a C-Bass injury or voluntary withdrawl

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

There's an outside chance he can get in without winning both player and coach votes, but would require Janikowski finishing 3rd in either.

[Phil Dawson Pro Bowl @DawsonProBowl]

It's going to come down to this: Phil needed to win the player AND coach voting. If they recognize how good he is, we will be fine ...

@ChrisUrban88 @AdamSchefter teams not announced until 7 pm unless you know something I don't. Fan voting is only 1/3 of total
