I use AI every day.
I love AI.
But it’s not there yet for branding or to design a logo. Yet.
Why?
AI gave me 100 logos that looked “good enough.”
Our art director gave me 3 that actually meant something and drove an emotional response from our client.
I’m building an app to help people drink more intentionally.
Not necessarily quit forever.
Just set a plan, track how you’re doing, and feel more better.
It’s called Dry Run, and I’m going to share the journey of building it to 5,000 users.
If you want follow @startdryrun
Anthropic is at $30B/year run rate.
They just signed a deal for gigawatts of Google/Broadcom compute coming in 2027.
Meanwhile Gen Z is annoyed by AI… but can't stop using it.
The hype is meeting the money.
2026 is where it gets real.
These are what my sales calls looked like today👇
• A former drug dealer who spent 10 years in prison — now building two incredible fintech companies (one backed by Bezos). Already one of my favorite clients, I can tell.
• A founder creating the Uber of healthcare in India with the Indian government
• Someone launching a radiative cancer treatment… on a remote island in the Azores
I get to hear stories like this every day — and help founders lay the foundation to raise capital and keep chasing the dream.
This is my favorite part of RaiseLaunch.
🔥 All 3 of these ads were made in Veo 3—with nothing more than a simple JSON file.
Why JSON?
Because it keeps stylistic consistency across generations—same tone, same motion, same aesthetic.
No randomness. Just repeatable magic.
I’m just getting started with it, but the results? Insane.
Think the ad industry is cooked? These took maybe 2 minutes each to generate.
I could’ve created versions for every single brand in a vertical—fast.
⚙️ Add an hour of fine-tuning and prompt testing, and you’re done.
Quality. Consistency. Speed. Game over.

Want consistent AI visuals? Here’s the key:
In Midjourney, use the same style reference (or copy a seed + prompt) to get repeatable results. Don’t change your style every time—build a visual “language” that stacks.
In Veo 3, use a JSON file to lock in camera moves, motion style, lighting, and mood. This is your foundation. Tweak the prompt, but keep the JSON consistent to maintain brand feel.
It’s no different than branding—consistency wins.
Stop starting from scratch every time.
Start building your signature look.
