@AmericanAir after booking a trip, my flight was delay for 5 hours so I miss my connecting flight, i was giving a voucher for a hotel stayed, which I had to pay for the transportation and for this I was credit a $25 voucher future fights! Come on are you kidding me. @bbb_us
