@AmericanAir delayed again by almost two hours. Still sitting on the tarmac for a flight that was supposed to leave at 9:07pm, with no explanation whatsoever.

@AmericanAir was supposed to fly out of houston to Chicago today at 6:41. The flight kept getting delayed due to the weather in Chicago ( which is understandable) but instead of giving a clear answer they made us board and deboard twice. The second time was at 1/2

@Jakspb @AmericanAir Its sad, i expected more action from them but even in the dm all they said was we apologize but it was due to weather. Extremely disappointing.

@AmericanAir The staff at the gate were also very condescending about the delay. I understand it is a stressful situation for everyone however being rude is not the answer.

10:30 pm and they made it half the way up the tarmac, then told us we wont be taking off. It’s now 12:19 am and we are still waiting on the tarmac to get to the gate and deplane. The worst experience of my life. Do better 2/2
