@amznsellerhelp listion to me sir/mam, I'm mentally already dead I don't have anymore calibre to deal with it because I'm already trying for last 15 days for my fees refund and to cancel this shipment. If you could do that would be a great help. Other wise I have to quit.

@amznsellerhelp First issue: I did not get any payment back even though refund was approved and showing in dashboard. I request them to provide me transaction id and payment reference number because bank is keep denaying that they did not recieved any payment yet in the account.
@amznsellerhelp See the number cases. I did not get even one help. First I created a shippment and provided all the required documents. Still they are keep asking me again and again. But your @xhipment partner are not ready to listen to me. Also its too hard to connect with them.

Important to note: If you're using an Amazon Partnered Carrier, cancelling the delivery does not automatically cancel the charges. If less than 24 hours have passed since you approved the charges, you can still cancel them. If more than 24 hours have passed for small parcel shipments, you'll need to contact Selling Partner Support for a refund.

It's too hard to understand what exactly a customer wants. Specially when you are selling shoes on a e commerce. Customer order pairs of shoes with a random number of shoes size and then they return it and claim that it's not fit to them. But what about the seller cost.
