Being able to answer the questions, "is it beautiful?" and "why/who thinks this is beautiful?" are some of the most important things we should be teaching our children to answer. It'll cut right through the AI fog; it'll also give them the tools they need to sort through the detritus of popular culture. Both they success and failures of Nolan's Odyssey, for instance, are readily apparent if you just apply beauty-based questions.
