@Kojo_AN @Finchinator2 I was referring to restricted pokemon, like kyogre and Groudon. Having a ruleset for which pokemon or moves are allowed is something pokemon has always done, smogon is just an unofficial format that doesn't actually change pokemon or moves, just restricts them (same as vgc!)

@The_Real_IGSM @6luelights TRUE just make a map based on every existing map as a flashpoint map. Kings row flashpoint that's much more vertical, with parts in the Omni subcity and the other streets of london
