I grew up going to art museums with my family — always at the request of my mother. Whenever we’d travel, it was standard to go the gallery for hours on end. I hated it at first but the older I got, the more I began to appreciate art.

The four piece paintings follow a child as he becomes a young man, into adulthood, and then to old age. Although the religious theme is present, it accurately captures the stages of life I’ve felt (up to this point) and it’s a wildly captivating piece.
