@ryanhaines@MartinSLewis@Ofcom@O2 Keep hassling them then tell them you're going to the financial ombudsman and communications ombudsman
After 18 hours on the phone to them they are waiting all 4 device plans
But I've still raised issues with both ombudsman
@MartinSLewis@Ofcom@O2 They would then review and look into reinstating the repayment plans and after my credit reference file was updated with default loans they would look to repair it.
Still waiting for a proper response from tgemt
@MartinSLewis@Ofcom My experience is even worse, @O2 cancelled my repayment plans for 4 devices (I have the contracts in my name to qualify for Volt benefits) and sent me Enforcement and Termination Notice letters for all 4 and want £1355 within 14 days
@O2 solution was to default the loans
@British_Airways Hi any chance anyone at BA wants to respond to a complaint you've had since 18th October or my flight delay claim you received on 6th September or the email sent to your CEO on 29th September ?
