Another day a new @AirCanada saga. Yesterday was able to get me and my daughter home via @WestJet. Today I am trying to leave for NB for work, and AC expects me to jet propel myself between gates in #YYZ

In the an act of karma, the rude telephone rep was counteracted by the most amazing @AirCanada agent at #yow she was so friendly, and was able to rebook us on westjet! We’re going home tonight.

Wow. Just got of the phone with @AirCanada after sitting in hold I asked to be rebooked on a @WestJet flight since we were originally supposed to get home last night and now been rebooked on a flight late tomorrow night. He said no we can’t rebook with west jet

I fly a ton for work, I have been a loyal @AirCanada flyer for years this may be what breaks me. I always defend air Canada to everyone and now I’m just shocked.

We were supposed to be home yesterday, it’s my daughters 13 birthday her party is tonight, we were rebooked on a morning flight today that was cancelled now not getting home till tomorrow at midnight. I am heartbroken 💔 @AirCanada cancelled our flight once again. Rebook on a flight getting in after midnight tonight (originally supposed to be in yesterday at 4pm) My daughter is going to miss her birthday party she’s been planning forever. I don’t even know what to do.

Need to get home for the kids birthday party (birthday girl is with me). But @AirCanada cancelled our flight and couldn’t get us on one until tomorrow, sure it happens, but they refused to give us a hotel credit. Thankfully @Marriott hooked us up, AND let us check in (very) early

@AirCanada @Aselwyn2 Same our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked for tomorrow no food, no hotel. Like I get issues happen, but at least do the bare minimum for people.

@mbernier1974 @AirCanada Unlikely. Our flight was cancelled at noon, we’ve been rebooked on a 5:30am flight, they wouldn’t give us hotel or food vouchers.
