@PandaTVoce I'd be ok with it as a way to bring in new players. I wonder though how they'd compensate Blizzard on the back end as our game sub covers things like server maintenance etc
@HardwareUnboxed I bought a 4070Ti Super in 2024 for $1250 AUD.
Looking at the 5070Ti being $300 more, for anywhere between a 3 to 10% gain, and using 15w more power, it's at a point where if you don't need the features gen over gen, it's not worth upgrading for every release.
@Rouniyn@ShitpostRock I bought the Collectors Edition, this game burnt me so bad I've yet to buy another physical Collectors copy of a game 14 yrs later.
@GrappleClips Kane vs Albert, Smackdown, June 2001, IC Title.
Both just throwing the other around like they weren't both 6'8 and over 300lbs each, a showcase of both men's talents. Kane even does a hurricanrana in one of their matches. It's a good watch.
@Alezedar@Macho_Cham@PandaTVoce It's catch up friendly to a point, I'm not denying that. Part of the grind that comes with catching up is crests, locked behind different tiers of content. At that point the players get in the way due to only wanting higher IO/ilvl. There will always be a grind and a system.
@PandaTVoce@towelthetank I'd say it's economy protection, now that there is 6 classic clients (Era,HC,SoD,Anniv,HC Anniv and Cata) So now you can't just buy retail/cata gold with token and then transfer that to another in exchange for Vanilla gold
@PandaTVoce If you call for your group to run out of the dungeon and they have started to leave, backtracking and calling for their return is a bad call.
Just commit to the decision to leave. It's much safer.
Returning would cause more casualties than there already was.
@PandaTVoce WoD was an experiment to see if Blizzard could pull off doing yearly expansions, and got half way through before they realised they couldn't. Which is the main reason we got 3 raids first year, and 0 the next.
