The problem is, my government gives your government money or aid if they are corrupt or as you say dodo, that money or aid never gets to the people. We had the same problem with Gaza, the US sent aid and Hamas(their leaders) kept the aid and never gave it to the people. Which was why the US and Israel ended up distributing it themselves. I'm all for helping others, as long as it is actually getting to those who need it.

@hoshizorarock American buffalo, there are ranches in Wyoming. Most of the video's are from Yellowstone National park though. As big as they are they can run up to 35 miles per hour.
