I@delta now didn’t plan that because of bad weather an 11 hour delayed flight will be more delayed by ATC. So they did not put enough fuel. So now we are back at the gate and putting in more fuel and we are this point delayed by 13 hours. #deltaoperationa is one of the worst

@DeltaCustAsst was nit good, they could not put us on any other flights. They did not provide us with proper information. All passengers on this flight should be compensated for the harrowing experience we have gone through because of @Delta bad ground handling and engineering

Back at @JFKairport it took then 15 mins to fix the issue, but the crew could not fly because they had exceeded their hours. They needed a replacement crew.

After 6 hours of the original departure time the plane left the gate but after taxing for 5 minutes, it stood on the tarmac for 45 mins. We had no clue what was the issue.. then the captain announced that this plane also had technical issues and we needed to go back to the gate.
