14.1 #GNED1411 - I think that social media will die down in all honesty for the future. Or it will be the center of every teenagers life as it is now. I do believe that it will be used for everything; work, school, personal reasons, but a lot more than now.

I have no preference for social media in class. As long as they don't make us tweet responses to weekly posts and/or reply to atleast two other peers' tweets, then i'm alright with it. Also anything can be a distraction when you aren't interested on the subject

I think it would keep students engaged and interested in their school work. It kind of works because students love their use of social media. They rather be on social media than to be on a powerpoint.

13.3 #GNED1411 - I think using social media in classrooms is both beneficial and a potential distraction. The use of social media will keep students engaged and interested, but it will also have other distractions from students doing their work..

Social media can be used to discuss ideas from the lecture probably for bonus marks or something. I barely use social media outside the classroom needless to say I wouldn't want to see it inside the classroom.

13.2 I don’t see any additional ways, because for me I think the downside to letting students use social media is somewhat bigger than the positives. Then there becomes a lot of distraction #GNED1411
