@JustEatUK multiple people i know have complained of similar service and we have resorted to using the app less, telling others not to use it and to potentially delete app or close account. IM FED UP OF THIS!!!!! If i could report these people to better business bureau i would

@JustEatUK i think its absolutely disgusting that your drivers can steal our orders and then when we complain you guys refuse to give us back our money as though we chose to be robbed. the fact that it happens so often is even more disgusting.

@JustEatUK i think its utterly disgusting that a justeat driver can run off with your food and then justeat have the audacity to say they wont refund you..... this issue is becoming more and more frequent. its absolutely appalling and disgusting
