It’s the power dressing, isn’t it. Or it was until the shameful downgrade of the new judicial robes. That was the death knell of any nascent judicial ambition.
@aawguide Taking your Claimant as you find him, bereft of carrier bag for want of clarity of thought... actually, maybe you need a psych report to explain how the effects of trauma, even as a secondary victim, contribute to short term memory issues.

Today is Swift v Carpenter day. In 2 hours, Twitter will light up with lawyers offering up the fact that it happened, or their take on it.
Their prerogative.
I simply hope that there are no obvious “losers”, but beyond that it is, for me, simply a tool which falls to be used.
