During his morning walk, Assistant Sub-Inspector Pansare of Powai Police Station noticed a 65-year-old woman attempting to jump from the fifth floor of a building within the jurisdiction of @VikhroliPS. Acting swiftly, he alerted the Control Room and, with the coordinated efforts of Police Inspector Gadade, Police Personnel Sudham Binnar and MSF Jawan Rathod, ensured her timely rescue.

The woman was safely rescued, counselled and provided with the necessary guidance.

@VikhroliPS परिसरात एक ६५ वर्षीय महिला इमारतीच्या ५ व्या मजल्यावरून उडी मारून आत्महत्येचा प्रयत्न करत आहे, असे मॉर्निंग वॉकला जात असलेले पवई पोलीस ठाण्याचे सहाय्यक पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक पानसरे यांच्या निदर्शनास आले. त्यांनी नियंत्रण कक्षाशी संपर्क साधला आणि विक्रोळी पोलीस ठाण्याचे पोलीस निरीक्षक गडदे तसेच अंमलदार सुधाम बिन्नर, एमएसएफ जवान राठोड यांची मदत घेऊन आवश्यक कार्यवाही केली.

पोलिसांच्या तत्परता व समन्वयपूर्ण प्रयत्नांमुळे महिलेचे प्राण वाचविण्���ात यश आले. त्यानंतर तिची समजूत काढून तिला आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन करण्यात आले.

🔸 They Went Underground. Our Investigation Went Deeper!

@SamtaNagarPS have arrested 13 accused in connection with the theft of MTNL’s underground telephone cables at Ashok Nagar Cross Road No. 4, Kandivali (East), Mumbai.

The stolen property comprised four 2000-pair underground cables, measuring approximately 153 metres and valued at ₹9,00,500. A case was registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Telecommunications Act, 2023, and the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

During the investigation, police seized a JCB machine worth ₹20,00,000 allegedly used in the offence and two mobile phones worth ₹80,000, collectively valued at ₹20,80,000.

Further investigation is underway to trace other persons involved in the offence.

🔸 केबल चोरीचा कट उधळला — गुन्हेगारांवर कायद्याचा वचक कायम!

@SamtaNagarPS हद्दीतील अशोक नगर क्रॉस रोड क्र. ४, कांदिवली (पूर्व), मुंबई येथे एम.टी.एन.एल कंपनीच्या भूमिगत टेलिफोन केबल्स चोरीप्रकरणी १३ आरोपींना अटक करण्यात आली आहे.

सदर गुन्ह्यात एम.टी.एन.एल कंपनीच्या २०००-पेअरच्या ४ भूमिगत केबल्स, एकूण १५३ मीटर लांबीच्या व अंदाजे ₹९,००,५०० किंमतीच्या, चोरीस गेल्या हो���्या. याप्रकरणी भारतीय न्याय संहिता, दूरसंचार अधिनियम, २०२३ तसेच सार्वजनिक मालमत्ता नुकसान प्रतिबंधक अधिनियम, १९८४ मधील संबंधित कलमांन्वये गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.

तपासादरम्यान गुन्ह्यात वापरण्यात आलेली ₹२०,००,००० किंमतीची जे.सी.बी मशीन व ₹८०,००० किमतीचे २ मोबाईल फोन, असा एकूण ₹२०,८०,००० किंमतीचा मुद्देमाल जप्त करण्यात आला आहे.

गुन्ह्यातील इतर आरोपींचा शोध सुरू असून पुढील तपास सुरू आहे.

The Detection Squad of @SamtaNagarPS raided a residence in Kandivali East and caught a 48-year-old man red-handed while adulterating branded milk with impure water for sale.

During the raid, 74 litres of adulterated milk bearing Amul and Gokul labels, along with adulteration material and counterfeit empty pouches, were seized.

A case has been registered under the BNS and the Food Safety and Standards Act, and the accused has been arrested.

Mumbai Police remains committed to protecting citizens from those who endanger public health.

शाळा आणि कॉलेजेसच्या परिसरावर विशेष लक्ष केंद्��ित करून, अनधिकृत पान टपऱ्या हटवल्या जात आहेत. तसेच, आपल्या तरुण पिढीला सुरक्षित ठेवण्यासाठी 'नशामुक्त मुंबई' अभियानाची नियमित आणि प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी केली जात आहे.

🔸When milk turns into malpractice: Crime Branch cracks down on milk adulteration.

Crime Branch Unit-12, busted a factory in Vasai East manufacturing fake milk pouches and passing them off under the names of reputed brands.

Machinery worth ₹10 lakh was seized and 470 litres of adulterated milk were destroyed, while 13,000 fake 1-litre pouches had also been seized earlier.

Further investigation revealed that since 2021, the accused had supplied around 18 lakh fake pouches across Mumbai and its suburbs, at approximately 30,000 pouches every month.

🔸दुधाच्या नावाखाली भेसळीचा धंदा; गुन्हे शाखेची धडक कारवाई.

वसई पूर्व परिसरात नामांकित कंपनीच���या नावाने बनावट दुधाच्या पिशव्या तयार करून त्यांची विक्री करणाऱ्या कारखान्यावर गुन्हे शाखेच्या युनिट-१२ ने कारवाई केली.

या कारवाईत सुमारे ₹१० लाखांची यंत्रसामग्री जप्त करण्यात आली असून, ४७० लिटर भेसळयुक्त दूध नष्ट करण्यात आले. यापूर्वी १ लिटरच्या १३ हजार बनावट दुधाच्या पिशव्याही जप्त करण्यात आल्या होत्या.

सदर तपासादरम्यान २०२१ पासून आरोपींकडून मुंबई आणि उपनगरात दरमहा सुमारे ३० हजार, म्हणजेच तब्बल १८ लाख बनावट दुधाच्या पिशव्या वितरित करण्यात आल्याचे निष्पन्न झाले.
