@m3_melody I will preface that KOP, Havertown/Haverford, and other areas are still "hot". We have bid on a few but the number of bids and crazy over ask are gone.

@m3_melody at Physical Therapy a former realtor in the Philly area (Manayunk) owned a rental bought in 2020. He bought for 320k and just sold it for 300k for 20k loss. Not the best school district area, but it's showing the K shape quite clearly.
