I use a bsnl krishi card service rs 150 per month post paid plan with 45gb data. But due to using 6GB excess data on it, I was charged Rs 2000 per GB and a bill of Rs 12000 thousand was sent to me. How can bsnl charge Rs 2000 per gb.
