Im really tired of wasting hours talking to your customer care executives to get my order,

I've placed an order yesterday
Today delivery guy came with order and I was not available to take call that time he from his own end cancelled the order without getting a confirmation from me. I've tried contacting customer support but they are not helping much.

Raised a return rqst in june, products were picked up next day bt refund is still due. It has been 2 months now. I have called 5-6 times about the issue_everytime executive says they will initiate and it will take 10 days n they'll callback. NO REFUND YET.
