@united It's too late now. I am unable to get on any earlier flights, my flight is now delayed 2 hours and will most likely be canceled. Having an actual person I could have spoken with at the airport earlier could have prevented this whole ordeal. Get rid of the ridiculous QR code cards
@united has lost a lot of respect and business from me. Tried to speak with 3 different gate agents about going standby due to inclement weather. 2 ignored me and the 3rd was rude handing me this ridiculous card. Customer service has really taken a 💩, do better United airlines.
