Self-defense isn’t determined by whether someone ever had a firearm or whether you approve of why they were there.

It’s determined by whether there was an imminent threat at the moment force was used. Video evidence appears to show the weapon was no longer in his control.

When official statements don’t clearly align with that evidence and the agency investigates itself while limiting outside review skepticism is reasonable.

This has nothing to do with whether immigration laws exist or can be enforced.

No one is arguing that anyone is “above the law.” The issue is whether federal agents and federal agencies are above accountability when a shooting occurs, the official statements don’t match the video evidence, and the state is pushed out of the investigation.

Choosing to mischaracterize what happened, choosing to limit transparency, and choosing to let a federal agency investigate its own use of force — while excluding state authorities — are all deliberate choices.

Those choices don’t uphold the rule of law. They undermine trust in it.

To those that keep calling for ALT Season:

In order for ALT Season to happen, ETH needs to go to $5k+ and hold it as support.

For ETH to go to $5k *AND* hold it as support, it means BTC needs to also go to all time highs.

The process of BTC going to all time highs would make BTC dominance go higher, just like it has all cycle.

So the only way to get an "ALT Season" is for BTC.D to first go up as BTC goes to new highs.

If that does not happen, then ALT Season does not happen.

So while the gurus sit out here and yap about BTC.D dropping now and they shill their shitcoins once again, just remember in order to get what they want, they first have to be wrong.

There are only 2 questions you need to ask as a long term holder:

Will tomorrow be more digital than today?

Has the liquidity cycle and business cycle topped or is it still rising to finance the $10trn that needs to roll in the next 12 months?

If both answer are yes then it's all noise. If your time horizon is 5 yrs + then the second part is just noise too.

The real crypto cycle is this:

1) A few people preach BTC Dominance and talk about good ways to invest in crypto long-term.

2) Altcoin gurus that promise alt season each and every day mock anyone who does not buy into their shitcoin narrative and tells them to "have fun staying poor."

3) BTC.D goes higher

4) The same gurus then act like they are the victims and go on emotional tirades on X and on youtube trying to get people on their side. They claim that the "toxic BTC maxis" are "dancing on their graves."

The "toxic BTC maxis" learned the hard way once upon a time, and most are just trying to help others see the light.

Don't shill shitcoins and then act like a victim anytime they drop.

Altcoins are like penny stocks. Most go to zero. It is quite literally a shitcoin casino. If you are going to use your platform to promote gambling on shitcoins, don't get offended when the casino takes your money.

Own it, self-reflect, learn from your mistakes, and move on.
