‘Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man’ – Limited Theaters March 6, On Netflix March 20
‘Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man’ will mark the long-awaited return of Cillian Murphy to the iconic role of Tommy Shelby, whom he played on the BAFTA-winning series from 2013-2022. This big-screen story of the fabled Birmingham gangster clan begins in 1940, amid the chaos of World War II, and sees Tommy driven back from a self-imposed exile to face his most destructive reckoning yet.
Also starring are Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Sophie Rundle, Barry Keoghan, Stephen Graham, Jay Lycurgo and some familiar faces from the Netflix drama, which grew to become a global phenomenon with a devoted fanbase. The film, as with the series, is written by Steven Knight. ‘Peaky’ alum Tom Harper directs.
