@KLBKNews To clarify, @UnionPacific had been in negotiations with the landowner for more than 1 year to remove the crossing. Communication with any residents on the property should've come from the landowner. #Safety is top priority and minimizing potential crossing incidents is our goal
@James_Keith Clarification: the spill came from a single piece of rail maintenance equipment, not a train. Union Pacific personnel are on-scene working to remediate the issue as quickly as possible.
@KJRH2HD@YouTube Point of clarification: the train did NOT drag the vehicle for 5 miles. The car was pushed only approx 100' as the crew began to move the train, unaware of the collision.
