Air/steam mixture sterilizer DLOAV series was specially designed to perform:

Thanks to the #counterpressure managed with great #accuracy any deformation of containers is avoided.

Air/steam mixture #sterilizerDLOAV series was specially designed to perform sterilization treatment of large volume infusion/parenteral solutions (#LVP) packed both in non-deformable containers (e.g. glass bottles) as well as in #containers #deformableby differential pressure under heat exposure (e.g. PVC, PE, PP bottles or bags). (deformable #LVP or #SVP).

Process by air/steam does not generate “blushing” or any colour changing.

Chamber is built in #cilindricalshape for horizontal operation. Open request De Lama can realize also #rectangularshape.

Autoclave is suitable even for pasteurization treatment of packed food products.
