July 28, 1794 : I am now deceased. I have been sent to the weapon I have used to kill others. I don’t know where I went wrong, but I do know that what I have done in my lifetime was very important and valuable to France. This is a farewell. Good-bye. 🇫🇷
The following day, July 28, 1794. Robespierre and his 21 other allies caught, were sent to the guillotine without a trial in the Place de la Revolution. The next days after, 82 more of his followers were executed. This is where the Reign of Terror ends.
*NOT IN ROBESPIERRE POV* After he found out he was declared an outlaw, he proceeded to try to kill himself with a gun. He pulls the trigger, but only wounds his jaw. Soon after this, Robespierre and his allies were caught by National Convention troops.
I have escaped prison to the Hotel de Ville. I’m so glad that the National Convention doesn’t follow me on here. I would like to thank my supporters for sticking by my side, I see you guys defending me. Thank you. 🇫🇷❤️
Currently tweeting this from prison. It’s July 27, 1794. I have been arrested with my other allies. This is a terrifying experience that I didn’t expect i would be in.
