A Nigerian defense firm, Terra Industries, is launching Africa’s largest drone manufacturing plant in Accra, Ghana, this June.
The 34,000-square-meter facility will ramp up to an annual production capacity of 50,000 drones and counter-drone systems by 2028.
It is expected to generate 120 engineering jobs.
