@ZARA@ZARA_Care I’ve contacted Facebook, instagram, X, chat, email requested a call and tried to call and no one in Zara spain has given me an update on my order it is 10 days since I ordered! Disgraceful service
@ZARA this is a joke! No response in DM! Cut my chat off online, can’t get through on your help line. There is no issue with my address as I’ve used this with Zara numerous times.

12/11 - made contact with customer service, said the delivery company made an attempted delivery(which is a lie) and would follow up with me
Apart from the time I wasted trying to rectify an order your team massively messed up! Do you think it is the right order of service? To say this is the poorest&worst customer service I have dealt with as a long standing Zara customer is an understatement!

@ASOS whatever changes you have made to your UAE delivery provider will result in massive loss of customers after 5 years of shopping with ASOS from UAE I am now hit with import duties. Shocking customer service!!
