Minting Fees:
โข Each apartment composes of 100% equity that is divided in 1% as 1 share.
โข If you buy 1% ownership for $2,500, the total cost would be $2575 ($2500 + 3%).
โข When creating a digital property representation (minting), there's a 3% fee.
โข This fee is divided: 1% to X+ and 2% to DeProperties.
โข This covers minting 1% of a $250,000 property.
(1/4 of the apartment owned) Monthly Income Split:
Monthly Income Split:
โข 15% of monthly income is set aside for fees.
โข 2.5% goes to X+, and 12.5% goes to DeProperties.
โข The remaining 85% is divided among 100 shareholders.
โข For example, if you own 5% of a property with $10,000 monthly income, you'd receive $425 ($85 x 5)
Selling Fees:
UNIQUE platform charges a 3% fee to the seller for transferring ownership percentages.
Property Management Fees:
โข Fees for managing properties can vary based on property type and management.
โข Monthly statements are shared with all holders to maintain transparency.
In summary:
โข Minting incurs a 3% fee (split between X+ and DeProperties).
โข Monthly income has a 15% fee (split between X+ and DeProperties), with the remainder split among shareholders.
โข Selling a percentage incurs a 3% fee.
โข Property management fees vary and are transparently communicated.
Here is an example of revenue share if you owned 5% equity and the property brought in 10k that month:
