Selling a strip center with a vacant retaurant. Turns out it's haunted by the ghost of a failed business. I guess you could say it's a dead market. #HappyHalloween!
Time is more valuable than money. You can never earn time back and I didnโt realize it until I hit my 40's. You can only defend against the forward movement of time by creating memories so... Have a great Labor Day weekend and make some memories!
I then decided to become an endurance athlete, and started training like an ultramarathoner. Now if she is gonna wipe me out, she's gonna have to earn it.
When my daughter was three years old, I realized she had almost limitless energy. Hanging out with her would leave me completely exhausted. Then I read an article that said kids have greater energy levels and faster recovery times than endurance athletes.
We're letting our daughter try everything. The rule: she has to try it for at least one season and no quiting halfway through. Art Class, Nature Camp, Hockey, Gymnastics, Dance, Ballet, Rock Climbing, Tap, Swim classes, Bike riding, Skiing, Surfing, Theater, Camping.

@DavidZipper We'll get there...might not happen in my life, but I would guess in the next 100 years Americans will figure out how to break out of being a car centric society.
We were one of the first in our market to shoot marketing photos with a drone (almost 10 years ago). Now it's commonplace and I question a marketing package that does not include up-to-date aerials. Standing water on the roof and rusty HVAC rooftop units? Hmm
While he was there he would go to the weightloss/fitness book section and would slip his business cards into them. A couple years later he sold his business for 8 figures. He was laser focused on providing value to his customers and not worried about an address.
Knew a guy with a fitness biz who didn't have an office for the first two years. Went to the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble every day with his laptop, would have a coffee and crush things on social media.
